The Villa

The new Theia Villa completed construction at the end of 2021, presenting a unique and modern design. Positioned above Sarakiniko Beach, famous for its white rocks, the villa is conveniently located within a 5-minute distance from major villages and popular sites, all while offering unparalleled privacy.

This three-bedroom villa features en suite bathrooms, a spacious living room with an integrated kitchen and an additional WC, a swimming pool, and a panoramic view. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a large refrigerator, oven/microwave, and stovetops, catering to the needs of a large family or a group of friends.

Accommodating up to 8 people, the villa boasts three private rooms with double beds and unique en suite bathrooms. Additionally, the expansive living room features a generous sofa capable of accommodating 2 more guests.

The villa’s vast outdoor area includes a dining table, deck chairs, and a distinctive minimalist swimming pool.
