1. Reservations up to 3 Nights:

• Guests must pay the full amount for reservations up to 3 nights at the time of booking.

• Cancellations made within 6 months before arrival will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Reservations Longer Than 3 Nights:

• Guests must pay a 30% deposit of the total amount for reservations longer than 3 nights at the time of booking.

• The remaining 70% of the total amount must be paid 20 days before the scheduled arrival date.

• Deposit is non refundable 6 months before arrival.

3. For reservations within 60 days before arrival the full amount must be paid at the time of booking and is non refundable.

4. Non-Flexible Dates and Persons:

• Once a reservation is confirmed and payment is made, the dates and number of persons cannot be changed.
