    Reservation policy

     

    Stays Up to 3 Nights

    • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
    • 50% of the total amount is refundable up to 3 months before arrival.

     

    Stays Longer Than 3 Nights

    • A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
    • The remaining 70% must be paid 20 days before arrival.
    • The deposit is refundable up to 3 months before arrival.
    • For bookings made within 60 days before arrival date, the full amount is required immediately and is non-refundable.

    Special Notice

    • Due to the current situation in the Middle East, we remain available to assist you with alternative arrangements if needed, in case you are unable to arrive because your travel route includes affected areas.

     

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION

     

    •  Out of respect for nearby residential apartments, especially for group bookings, guests are kindly requested to keep noise levels low during evening hours.
    • Once a reservation is confirmed and paid, no changes can be made to the dates or number of guests.
    • Parties or events are strictly not allowed.
    • Guests must leave the accommodation in the same condition as upon arrival. Any damages should be reported immediately — repair or replacement costs may apply.
    • A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.
    • Special Requests are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
    • Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance via the Special Requests box during booking or by contacting us directly.
